how do i schedule an appointment?
Filling out a tattoo form is one way we can get an artist ready to make your custom tattoo.
If you have a specific artist in mind, take a moment to check out their personal Instagram—many have booking forms in their bio. Should you need more details about booking, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
If you're still on the lookout for an artist, feel free to email us or swing by the shop between 11am and 7pm with a reference photo, size, and placement in mind. We’d love to help you find the perfect artist for your project.
We also offer in-person consultations upon request, especially if you're considering larger tattoos or cover-ups.
For appointments, we do require a non-refundable deposit, which goes towards the cost of your tattoo and is non-refundable.
do you take walk-ins?
Absolutely! We do our best to accommodate everyone when we have the space. It’s first come, first served starting at 11:00 am. Feel free to stop by to get an estimate on cost and add your name to the list. If we need a little time to prepare for your tattoo, we’ll kindly ask for a cash deposit, which we’ll hold onto and apply to your total.
It’s always a good idea to give us a call beforehand, just in case we’ve already filled up the day. If you arrive and we happen to be fully booked or if your idea requires some extra drawing time, we’d be more than happy to help you schedule an appointment for our next availability.
where do i park?
We have street parking available, though you might need to walk a block or two depending on how busy it is during your appointment. If you're running late, just give us a quick call to keep us in the loop.
P.S. Remember to pay attention to street signs to avoid any parking ticket surprises!
day of appointment
Please show up early to find parking and to fill out any necessary paper work.
Space is limited and it is best to reduce distractions, so be sure to come alone to your appointment. Sleep well, and eat a decent meal within 2 hours of coming in. You need your blood sugar to be high for your appointment, so it is also smart to bring high-calorie snacks (like protein bars, juice, etc.).
Headphones are allowed. Please limit any phone conversations/Facetime calls before and after the tattoo is being made in order to minimize personal movement during the tattoo process!
Some tattoos take an hour or two longer than expected, so please be sure to not have any immediate obligations that could interfere with your appointment.
can i bring a friend?
We currently can’t accommodate visitors since we don’t have a waiting or lounge area.
If you and someone else are planning to get matching tattoos, we’d be happy to schedule back-to-back appointments for the same day! Just a heads up, the person not getting tattooed will need to wait outside, but there are plenty of wonderful small businesses nearby on 30th Street to explore.
While children can join you for the consultation, they aren’t allowed in the tattoo area during the actual appointment. For sanitary reasons, pets and companion animals are also not permitted inside; however, service dogs and psychiatric service dogs are absolutely welcome, as required by California law. Thank you for your understanding!
i need to reschedule
To reschedule an appointment, you must give us 48 hours' notice. Call the shop and leave a message if it's outside business hours. Rescheduling through email or Instagram DM may not be seen by your artist and won’t count as proper notice. If you don’t give 48 hours’ notice, you’ll lose your deposit and need to pay another one to get back on the calendar. You can only reschedule twice—any more and you’ll lose your deposit.
If you contact us 48 hours in advance, we’ll reschedule (up to two times). Keep in mind, if the artist is booked far ahead, you may have to wait several months for the next available spot. We’ll hold your deposit for up to six months—if you don’t reschedule within that time, you’ll lose the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with no reschedule.
You’ll get notifications 7 days before your appointment. If you don’t confirm through the link, and we can’t reach you by phone, you might lose your appointment. Please save our number and ensure your voicemail is set up and not full.
